I checked my sugar in lab in morning after having a tea without sugar ,it shows 148 is it high or low ,it should be considered as random or fasting

It is a random sugar not fasting sugar. To clarify your doubt, its better to get tested for fasting, 2 hour post meal blood sugar as well as hba1c.
