A doctor will need to take your complete history which would include if this is the first time you have had high sugar reading or are you already a diabetic.
If you are already a diabetic what is the current medication that you are taking.
And if this is the first time that the readings are high then a few more tests would be need to be done along with prescribing you your needed medication.
