need complete history for prescription and dietry modification : most coomn reason are piles and anal fissure at ur age. kindly share ur concern like amount of blood loss, pain wahile defecation , colour of blood and amout of blood, is it with stool or after or before the stool. wahta the frequency of motion and its consistency
