I don't know how to say the problem exactly. But I feel like having an wound inside my throat. When I try spit from under throat blood drops are coming with mucus.

You should have a thorough ENT check up and a X-ray chest to know the site of bleeding. Only after knowing the exact site and cause of bleeding it can be treated effectively.
