Blood tinted sputum
June 2025: Developed mild blood-tinged sputum (only in the first morning expectoration).
Episode lasted for ~1 week, then resolved spontaneously without specific treatment.
No recurrence since then.
No associated cough, fever, breathlessness, or chest pain.
Chest X-ray: showed small nodular opacities, repeat X-ray after 21 days was unchanged.
No history of smoking, TB, or chronic lung disease.
Till today no symptoms and blood.
