  4. Blood report. I'm suffering hepatitis?

My blood report is normocytic normochromic with macrocytes and ovalocytes and also SGOT and SGPT test result is 55.9 and 61.9 . Can I suffering from any desease ? Is this reversible? Any chances of I'm suffering hepatitis? Plz help me
