Blood in semen and Ultrasound reports

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am having blood in semen from few months and also my urine is foamy from 1.5 years, i got checked and urine analysis was normal, urologist said foamy urine is of no concern but for blood in semen i got prostate and kidney ultrasound the results are like 3mm right kidney calculus, left side mild hyderonephrosis with dilated proximal upper ureter and Post void residual volume Nil and prostate size normal(18cc), is it of concern?
