Had a blood test ..Mcv mch was low and RBC count, rdw was high...Is this something to worry about

This points towards microcytic anemia . U need to further get evaluated for iron studies so as to know tha cause of microcytic anemia . This is the most common form of anemia encountered in India. U can get serum ferritin levels, TIBC done . This has a very simple treatment U can atleast start taking more and more of carrots , green veggies , jaggery .
