Blood pressure spike
My blood pressure sudden spike it goes 140/95 and at that time feel pressure in head.my pulse also goes to 96.i feel uneasy at that time and feel no strength in body and feel sleepy.and after sometime its goes ok.i want to know what is the problem plz help.

It's a normal physiology
