Blood pressure
Sir, my bp used to be 160/90, 160/100 sometimes but generally around 140/80 or 150/80. I consulted a doctor and he told me it's because of depression, short term anxiety so he gave me etizola 0.25 mg and some bp medicine when I use to eat etizola my bp readings are 130/80 but why is my bp not going to 120/80 or less today I have taken it and my bp is 140/80. Another doc. Told me to walk daily so I have started walking for 4-5km daily it's been a month but I am not seeing any downfall I am just22

Although I agree that it is too young for you to be hypertensive, but essential hypertension can actually present at this age. Is your father or mother hypertensive? Do get a urea, creatinine and usg abdomen with renal doppler done to rule out more sinister causes. On case you need more help, you can go to my practo profile and book an online consult.
