Sir, my blood pressure readings are given below.
Date moring Evening
21/12/2020 - 120/94 143/84
22/12/2020- 133/94
23/12/2020- 123/93
25/12/2020- 120/90
30/12/2020- 113/87
07/01/2021 - 127/95
08/01/2021 - 131/96
When i compare, evening results got higher than morning. Sufficient sleep also not there since one month. Pls suggest me.
