Respected Doctors, I am having BP 178/118 today . yesterday was 195/117 . I am taking Telma 80 mg , Amlopres 5 mg. Though I had been careless in past months , Sometimes taking the medicine, sometimes not . Please suggest.

Continue same medication regularly for a month amd monitor your bp regularly. If you don't take medication regularly your bp won't come down to normal range. Avoid salt, oily and fried food. Exercise . Get RFT and Ophthalmic check . Consult for any query.
