Blood pressure related
My mother had a High BP and sometimes she fell unconscious upon any tension. She is currently taking Olmezest20 for blood pressure. Her total cholesterol is at 175 & triglycerides at 86. Her haemoglobin is low at 10.9. Her BP is always at 140-150/90-110. Whenever she takes a bid tension, her medication does not work at all, she becomes nervous & unconscious feeling

she is having uncontrolled BP despite taking medication plus she is diabetic also. just get done one ecg and send it to me. For BP she should switch from olmezest to Tb. telma-Am 40/5mg.

Monitor her BP daily atleast twice for 3days atleast if u have digital BP machine and then send that recording will guide u further

Hello, Her BP is uncontrolled on olmizest 20. She needs dose escalation and probably need to add one more medicine. As far as her getting unconscious it doesn’t seem related to bp or hemoglobin.
