Blood pressure Reading
Iam using olmezest h20 tab for hypertension, may i know what's the normal range bp reading, how often check readings . Today my reading 133/84 it is normal or not?
Pls suggest.

If you do not have any other comorbidities like diabetes or kidney disease this BP reading is normal. Ideal BP should be less then 140/90 mm of HG. You must regularly monitor BP once or twice weekly at a particular set of time. Advised low-salt diet, regular physical activity, yoga and meditation. Avoid addictions if any.
