I am 30y old male non diabetic and non hypertensive with normal lipids but am a smoker am having chest pain from past two years, I did lot of ecgs, echos, tmts and trop I s all are negative but still am having pain so I underwent CT coronary angiography which showed normal coronaries even though am having pain even after angiography I did EKGs echos tmts and trop I again they were normal so I took antianxiolites and antidepressants but also no improvement so on 8th of this month finally I went for conventional coronary angiography which again showed normal coronaries with normal blood flow but from yesterday night again am having chest pain,left hand pain and back pain so unable to understand what exactly my problem is and very scared of heart disease so please tell me what exactly is my problem and why am having pain even after all tests are normal please please please please please please please help me

See, Don't go for any further Cardiac evaluation..Take ultracet sos and keep your mind away from this pain..After sometime u ll not feel that pain..if still you feel..Get a chest X Ray done and consult a Gastroenterologist
