Blood pressure problem.
How to control dia blood pressure presently it is 90-99 hg. My doc stop medicine because this time my bp is 110/70 after taking medicine. I am not taking medicine last 3days. My pulse rate is under 80-100.
Kindly sujest us . It is ok or not . I am tambaco user. It is possbile to increase dia bp. Preasently my bp is 132/94.

2) absolutely no snacking
3) walk 5-6 kms per day
4) Keep checking weekly blood pressure
