Blood pressure
My blood pressure spiked up when I played cricket for 4 hours to 160/100 my age is 32 years male . N I have been on telmisartan and diuretics since that day, I tried quitting the medicines for 15 days but it again spiked up to 160/100. My cholesterol and thyroid , kidney all are normal . TMT is normal too. So do I have to continue medicines for whole of my life m struggling . Pls help

Hypertension at this age needs to be evaluated in detail. Any secondary causes must be evaluated and treated accordingly. Most importantly you can not abruptly stop all the medicine at once . It will endanger your current scenario.
