Blood pressure
Is there any pathology called as low blood pressure? Or those symptoms like sweating and dizziness  are of hypoglycemia?

Very good question, there is no disease like low BP in a healthy indivisual, this is just a misnomer. Though some indivisuals may have lower baseline BP than usual.but that is not a disease. These symptoms can be due to hypoglycemia or orthostatic hypotension( bp falls from sitting to standing position)
