Blood pressure
I am 31 year old male. I have had high BP for 1 year now. It fall down to normal in between and then again rises up. Last reading was 140/98. Doctor once advised Nebicip 5 mg but I was scared to take. Should I start taking medication at this age?

You need to start on your medications.. u should be scared of high BP and not ur medicine.
