Hello there.

I can understand your concern.
You need to have a low sodium diet.
Lessen the salt intake over all or use a low sodium salt available in market.
Avoid oily foods.
Avoid high purine foods.
You need to be on certain medicines for which i would suggest you consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
Bangalore.

Normal old age
60-69.         195.        100
70-79.          204.         104
More important than the mean blood pressure is the upper limit which can be regarded as normal and figures obtained from the Rutherglen consultative Health Centre are given below simultaneous determinations of arterial blood pressure and cardiac output have shown that the calculatef work of the left ventricle diminished with age.

Congratulate you for posting all the reports. Step 1: Human Blood Pressure fluctuates within a range through out the day. Check your BP with any good Manual or Electronic Machine twice a day and thrice a week and maintain a chart. Step 2: Go for a low purine diet, Low sugar and Low salt diet. Consult a Nutritionist in this regard. Step 3: Take Atorvastatin 10mg at bedtime. Step 4: Recheck Uric Acid , Lipids and Urine R/E after 3 months and report. Cannot comment on why do you feel faint unless you are examined.
