Blood pressure
Good Evening,
18th April I checked by bp it was 119/70
19th April it was 135/96
Before 18th it was within 120/80
I am being concerned is there anything i should be worried about i did my 2d echo on 5th march and rhe reports were normal
The reason behind asking this is google says it to be severe
Also can I please know at what level should I be concerned
I am underweight non smoker

Normal day-to-day fluctuations are normal in blood pressure levels. It increases on exertion as our body needs more oxygen for energy generation.
You blood pressures are well with in Normal limits.
