Blood pressure
During summer 140 and in winter I have about 150 systolic blood pressure, without taking any medicine. Now I'm taking Tab. Eslo -5 and blood pressure is maintained 130 in winter.
Sir plz advice should I continue the medicine to control BP. OR should live with 140 and 150 BP for avoiding medicine resistance.

You need to continue medicines regularly. 140-150 is a high BP. There is nothing like medicine resistance
