I am suffering from palipialtions nausea and heart beats so faster and sounds big in my ears I went to hospital doctors done all cardiac tests all are normol that time I feels so nervous and my BP is 160 and he suggests lodoz 2.5 my BP is 130 to 140 is it not good to use BP medications at younger age based on couple of readings once I stop that I am not feeling good my body was long time on the medication that is reason?can I stop that
