Blood pressure and heart burn
I had a issue with heartburn and weakness when I went to hospital my blood pressure was 160/100, I've done all the tests and echo, ecg are normal. I've been suggested a bp tablet. I want to know what sleeping position is best if suffering from high blood pressure and heart burn/ acidity like symptoms.

You can sleep whatever way you want to sleep for your BP as posture is not going to change it, however for your heart burn/ acidity, try slightly elevated head with an extra pillow.
