Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had intercourse with my husband and I strongly believe that there was no vaginal discharge, after that I have been taken i-pill 1.5mg within 24 hours. After 2 days I noticed some colour changes in my urine, and today I found blood in it. Also I get pain and feel frequently urination. Is it the side effect of the tablet, or urinary infection?
