Blood in stool
I noticed traces of blood in stool. No discomfort though. This happens once in a while but does not cause any pain. I had my endoscopy and colonoscopy done in 2017 but doctor said everything was normal and may need to do some lifestyle changes to avoid this. I have been eating healthy and working out enough but this recurred after a year again today. Should I worry
