I havw had rectal bleeding for 3 days date 5 March the blood come with stool with little pain in anus which was long-lasting apprx 4 to 5 hrs...The color of blood was bright red n surface on stool..this never happened before..ItS been week right now till 3 JULY didn't happened again..IS anything serious??
