Blood in stool
Ever since I had the episode of bad constipation and i strained too hard I am bleeding initially my toilet water would turn red but later it turned into streaks of blood on poop today morning I had no blood in poop but I needed to used the washroom again and strained too hard and again there was bright red splashes of blood although after that my stool had minimum amount of blood in it. I am prone to cancer at this age

U need to keep your stools soft otherwise fissure..fistula may develop. And change your eating habits.

It can be due to anal fissure. Drink plenty of water. Take high fibre diet.
