Blood in saliva only at morning
I am having acid reflux episod two times in last three months.
Having problem blood in saliva at only morning when i wake up.
I had chest ct scan all normal but it saying pretracheal and paratracheal lymph node are noted and few of them showing calcification within what this report says?
Is there any thing serious problem or it may convert into any serious problem?

Needs further evaluation of blood tests for counts, peripheral smear, if nodes are significant a needle biopsy under antibiotic cover. A skin test for Koch's.
Also an endoscopy of nose & throat.
Something could be concluded only after this.
