May be piles? Fissure. Oxyurate ointment locally apply with index finger first on but hole than gently  push inside, rotate the finger so as whole anal mucosa cover anal mucosa before n after dedication. Two times for two weeks for complete healing. Can be confirmed by proctoscopy in opd general surgery.

Dear Patient,  Thank you for reaching out with your concern. The presence of bright red blood in your stool (without anal pain) could have several possible causes, even though your colonoscopy was normal a year ago. Common reasons include hemorrhoids, anal fissures (which can sometimes be painless), or irritation from GERD-related acid reflux. Other possibilities include minor rectal inflammation or dietary factors.  Since your symptoms are new, I recommend the following steps:  1. Monitor for patterns: Note if the bleeding recurs, its frequency, and any associated symptoms (like changes in bowel habits or weight loss).  2. Dietary adjustments: Increase water and fiber intake to avoid constipation, which can aggravate hemorrhoids.  3. GERD management: Ensure your acid reflux is well-controlled, as chronic irritation may contribute.  However, any persistent or recurrent bleeding should be evaluated by a doctor. A repeat colonoscopy or other tests (like anoscopy) may be needed if symptoms continue, as conditions can develop over time.  For a thorough assessment and personalized advice, you can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to schedule a consultation.
