Hello, if you are passing fresh blood in stools with out any pain (just like painless bleeding), it could be hemmoriods (piles), internal or external (here there may be swelling around anus or coming from anus), or anal fissure, if mild blood tinged passing of stools with pain in stomach then it could be, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, crohn's disease, black coloured stools may be due to peptic ulcer, please consult a general surgeon for diagnosis.
