Blood in morning

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I woke up yesterday and tried to clear my throat like 'ahkkk' and when i spit it .. It contain some strains of blood and after that when i saw in mirror , two dark red colour blobs of blood was still stick in my back throat . I dint saw blood after that but in the evening one blob of blood was again i see stuck in my back throat.. It didnt came out.. I m very anxious .. Please help me.. M i going to die? . My nose often remain dry and when i put finger in my nose for cleaning purpose some blood came out with it... And i also burp and have acidity problem ... I dont kniw what it is .. Please help me out.
