Blood from mouth in morning.
I woke up yesterday and tried to clear my throat like 'ahkkk' and when i spit it .. It contain some strains of blood and after that when i saw in mirror , two dark red colour blobs of blood was still stick in my back throat . I dint saw blood after that but in the evening one blob of blood was again i see stuck in my back throat.. It didnt came out.. I m very anxious .. Please help me.. M i going to die? . My nose often remain dry and when i put finger in my nose for cleaning purpose some blood came out with it... And i also burp and have acidity problem ... I also face trouble in speaking loud and dont feels like to talk much.. I dont know what it is .. And suffering from sore throat from last 10 days... Please help me out😥😥😥

A nasal bleed due to fingernail trauma could present like this. Repetitive throat clearing might be cause of the bleed. However most of the problems you seem to have are trivial. Visit your ENT Specialist to get a nasal endoscopy and an Fibre optic Laryngoscopy.
