  4. Blood in baby's stool. To be afraid of?

Blood in baby's stool.
My 4mo baby has blood in his stool, once or twice in a week. We got his stool test done, and occult blood and reducing substances turned out to be positive. Can you please suggest what it can be? And how it can be resolved? Is it something to be afraid of?
