Does RH factor change over time? I was AB+. But today when I tested, it was AB-. How does this affect in pregnancy if me and my husband both are RH negative?

One of your two tests must be wrong. Because Rh status does not change over time.

If both are RH - then its nothing to worry. Rh doesn't change so ill advise you to recheck your blood group
