Hi, reasons behind bleeding gums is accumulated plaque and calculus. Which cause inflammation in the gums which bleeds when brushed or probed. Maintaining the oral hygiene is really important for heathy gums. Consult a dentist for professional cleaning. And then visit every six months for regular check up.

Hi bleeding from gums is due inflammation in gum tissues ... which is caused because plauque and calculus deposits on tooth surface ...best is visit ur dentist for better diagnosis hoping a professional cleaning of ur teeth may cure this..best of luck

There are various reasons for bleeding gums, most common being unhealthy areas around the teeth and gums, because of tartar (calculus) or regular food lodgement in regions around the teeth, especially teeth that are crooked or crowded.
There are other causes like diabetes, hormonal changes ( in females), blood dus orders, however you have no other medical ailment, so do not worry.
Go to a dentist and Get your scaling and polishing done, if not done in the last 6 months.
A good mouthwash like Hexidine and gumpaint like Zingisol for gums will also be of help..

Hello sir , bleeding cn be a due to gingivitis (gum.inflamation ) abrasive brushing which can hurt ur gums . And other factors which cn cause bleeding . Consult a dentist get a scaling and polishing done. Den u can use mouth wash like chlorhexidine .
