Blood flakes in poop

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hello doc. My baby is 4 months old. Once he got many blood flakes in poop and doc advised econorm for loose motion and it stopped. After many days he got 2 r 3 blood flakes in poop. Need to go doctor or should I wait for sometime.
