Blood come from vagina.
I was cleaning her vagina part with water then I saw little part of blood came. Pls Dr. Tell me is something serious bcoz her age is only 3.9

She may have hurt herself while playing.  Just sit her down and enquire whether she remembers anything. If it repeats u may need to consult with your pediatrician
