Blood clots in 13 weeks pregnancy.

Hi, I have completed my NT scan and everything is normal. My LMP was Dec 8,21 and around the same time every month I am experiencing slight abdominal pain and blood clot discharge sometimes. I have attained pregnancy via IVF and prescribed progesterone gel once a day. Each time I spot I get a scan and the feral heart rate looks ok, but I am really worried each time I see spotting or blood clots when I wipe down after using the restroom. I don't have any low lying placenta, they would have informed me during my NT, but there is no such observation. I am unable to enjoy my pregnancy and constantly worried about this. My gynaecologist says it could be threatened pregnancy, I don't understand completely what he meant. I wanted to know if this situation will lead to miscarriage or unhealthy pregnancy? Please suggest.
