Blood clot or lump inside the skin.
Hello, "One month ago, the doctor gave me an injection during a fever. After that, a lump developed at the injection site. I applied ice packs and it got better and lump gone.But after 15 days, the lump appeared again at the same spot. Having pain & irritation.Please suggest. Kindly check doctor prescription.

Could be an abscess. Get blood sugar and cbp done. Tab ciprofloxacin 500mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Tab Flagyl 400mg one every 8 hours for 5 days. Tab voveran 50mg one every 8hours for 3 days, after meals. Apply sumeg ointment 2 to 3 days over the swelling. If it bursts open , squeeze it thoroughly to remove pus, clean it and dress it with povidone ointment. If it simply grows  ,get it incised.

Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.  Montek lc one at night for five days.
