Good morning As per report is looks like AML AmL is divided in 3 risk group based on genetic and other parameters 1. Favorable risk- cure rate is almost 60 to 70 % Treatment is chemotherapy only will cost around 12 to 15 L in corporate set up 2. Intermediate risk- cure rate is 40 to 50% and treatment is chemotherapy followed by allogenix stem cell transplant I there is donor. If no donor matched then only chemotherapy. Added cost of stem cell tx is 15 L in most of hospital for matched donor 3. High risk- cure rate are 30 % or may be less and chemotherapy followed by allogenic stem cell transplant is must. It's costly treatment and will cost around 30 to 35 L Chances or recurrence are from as low as 10 % to 30% even after completion of therapy. Relapses are higher in high risk groups

Depends upon the age , few molecular tests and overall risk group. Current treatment options are good with more than 50% survival chances However disease can come back also.

Looks like acute leukemia With treatment cure rates can be high There’s a risk of disease coming back after treatment

It's case of AML ( acute myeloid leukemia). Yes he can survive with early treatment. Chances of relapse are there but still treatment in possible. Don't do any delay.
