Blood at begining of urination
I had a rectum removal surgery 1 month before and the problem started from that time I had urine retention and blood at begining of urination I have done with urine test with culture and sensitivity and MT penis is not standinf

Erection and urine retention are side defects of this rectal surgery, may improve with time . Consult a local urologist who can communicate with your treating surgeon as well and then can explain prognosis of this problem.
