Pain in rectum and blood traces in stool
Hello, week before had anal sex with a partner
following that there is continuous pain in the rectum area and also blood and semen like substance can be seen regularly in stool from that day. please advise I am in urgent need of help.

Can be crack in anal mucosa due to trauma called acute anal fissure.
Get a clinical examination done by a general surgeon so as to ascertain the diagnosis.and associated infection or not.
Treatment as per diagnosis.
General rest,avoiding Constipation,high fibre diet, stool softeners help in management.
