Blocked nostril, mild headache, vomit
I've been having mild fever with headache for 3 days. The nostrils are blocked. Whenever I eat something I vomit it out. This is causing weakness and headache too.

Take tab. Azithromycin 500 mg one tablet BD Tab.Disprin one tab twice daily ( BD) Tab. Levocetrizin 1 BD For three days.
