Mild to moderate headache durin weekdays
Since last couple of years, I have been suffering from headache and heavyness in working days , in 2nd half ( after 3 to 4PM) for couple of hours. Eye is ok , as eye check up has been done 3 to 4 times, also, BP, sugar normal, I generally work in office and use laptop with AC environment. In 1st half I feel fresh and post lunch it gets start headache and unable to focus and concentrate on work. I do Gym as well. When there is holiday or Sunday I don't have such issue. Apart from I am  low in confidence, and suffering from  fear, anxiety.... Please help me out and advise.
