Blocked nose
My son is 10 years. Has blocked nose. Gave Azithrol 200 syrup for 3 days. Then started relent plus for 5 days 5.ml twice but still no much difference. He is not having cold only nose blocked. Now doc has suggested nirvana 250 syrup 10 ml twice. Is it safe

Start nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop four times a day to relieve nose block. Don't know about syrup.
