Blocked nose during pregnancy
I'm around 8weeks pregnant and I'm facing issues with blocked and running nose. I tried using steam, Vicks, etc. But it gives only temporary relief for 10-15 mins. It's been one month since I'm facing this issue. No fever and no headache. Please suggest.

It’s a common thing in pregnancy to have a blocked nose due to hormonal changes. You can put plain saline nasal drops and continue with steam inhalation.

Its natural to get nasal congestion during pregnancy, but in some people if the nasal passages already compromised prior to pregnancy due to some issue like hypertrophy of turbinate or dns or polyp, then they may feel nasal blockage. U need to show ua nose on a video consultation then can give u medicines for the same. Meanwhile u can use otrivin-s(saline) nasal drops 2 drops 5 times a day in each nostril
