Blocked nose
8 year old son Has blocked and slightly running nose from 1 week. No fever..
No chest cough.. have given nasal drops morning and evening 2 drops each nostril...but no improvement.

Give steam inhalation twice a day and tab levocet 5mg once a day at night for 3-5 days
