Bloating Stomach pain after lunch-1month
Since last 1.5 month, I am facing severe bloating and gas pain in my stomach immediately half an hour after having lunch. I am working, so can only manage walk for 15 mins after lunch time. Also, In the morning I do 45 mins of speed walk. I am celiac, so i thought it might be gluten allergy but its happening since 1.5 month continuously everyday and subsides at around 10-11 pm.

This can be gluten allergy
It can be IBS.
Avoid animal source foods including milk. avoid stress anxiety etc.
