Bloating Fas flacturance,severe stomach

I am suffering from Nerve pain Vagus Nerve, left side of lower abdomen, I feel like swelling and paining, which is causing severe stomach pain. flatulence, gas bloating, sometimes also pains near penis. I am suffering from past 8 years, have taken all medicines for stomach. but nothing worked out
